Hosted widget, your branding
We prefill the order amount, currency, destination wallet, and order reference. You can match colors and add your logo to provider emails where supported.
TC Pay is checkout software for online stores. Your customer pays with a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, or bank transfer — planned licensed providers will handle KYC and payment processing — and the purchase settles to your wallet in USDC. Your store is marked paid automatically.
TC Pay does not custody customer funds and does not process cards directly. We are building software to connect stores to licensed on-ramp providers and automate what happens after a customer pays. Integrations are currently in sandbox and subject to provider approval.

MoonPay is the planned primary on-ramp, with Transak planned as a second route for regions or payment methods MoonPay does not support. Both routes are subject to provider onboarding and approval.
In the planned production flow, each payment carries your store’s order ID so TC Pay can match provider confirmations back to the order automatically. This automation is currently being tested in sandbox.
Many online sellers lose sales because customers want to pay by card but the store wants crypto settlement. TC Pay bridges that gap with regulated partners in the middle.
| Question | TC Pay answer |
|---|---|
| Who processes the card? | Planned: MoonPay (primary) or Transak (fallback), subject to approval. The processing provider acts as merchant of record for on-ramp transactions. |
| Who holds customer funds? | The provider, briefly, during processing — then crypto is delivered directly to your wallet. TC Pay never custodies funds. |
| What do I receive? | USDC by default (USDT, ETH, and BTC available). You choose the destination wallet during onboarding. |
| How does my store know it’s paid? | Planned production flow: provider webhook → TC Pay → your store (Ecwid first), matched on the order reference sent at checkout. Currently in sandbox testing. |
| Who handles KYC / fraud? | The provider. Customers complete identity verification in the provider’s flow; fraud and chargeback handling for card payments sits with the provider as merchant of record. |
TC Pay is software in development. Regulated payment and crypto-delivery activity will be performed by third-party providers (planned: MoonPay and Transak) under their licenses and terms, subject to onboarding approval.
Customers buy crypto with cards, bank transfers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, and local methods in supported regions. MoonPay supports 100+ cryptocurrencies, handles KYC and risk checks, and — as merchant of record — assumes responsibility for fraud disputes and chargebacks on on-ramp transactions. TC Pay is integrating MoonPay’s hosted widget in sandbox with wallet, amount, currency, and order ID prefilled. Production use is subject to MoonPay approval. Learn more at moonpay.com.
If MoonPay cannot serve a customer (region, payment method, or limit), TC Pay plans to offer Transak’s hosted widget with the same order details. Transak would perform its own KYC and payment processing under its terms, subject to onboarding. Having two routes improves completion rates without extra work for the merchant. Store integration (starting with Ecwid), order-reference tracking, webhook reconciliation, a single merchant onboarding flow, and support that understands both sides — the store and the wallet. You bring your store and your wallet; we wire the checkout and keep the order status in sync.
Card numbers, CVVs, and bank credentials are entered only in the provider’s hosted widget. They never pass through TC Pay servers or your store.
Identity verification is performed by MoonPay or Transak under their compliance programs. TC Pay does not collect government IDs or selfies.
Settlement goes to a wallet address you control. TC Pay cannot move funds from your wallet and never takes custody of your crypto.
TC Pay is a software service, not a bank, money transmitter, or crypto exchange. Payment processing, KYC, and crypto delivery are provided by MoonPay and Transak under their own terms, licenses, and regional availability. Crypto assets can be volatile; merchants who prefer price stability typically settle in USDC or USDT. Availability, limits, and fees vary by customer region and payment method and are shown by the provider before purchase.
On-ramp fees depend on payment method and region (cards cost more than bank transfers). Your customer sees the full breakdown — amount, provider fee, network fee, and crypto delivered — inside the widget before confirming. TC Pay’s merchant pricing is shared during onboarding and depends on volume and store type; there are no charges for failed or abandoned checkouts.

No. The purchase is delivered to your wallet. Your customer only needs a payment method and, on first purchase, to complete the provider’s KYC. Some providers can create a wallet for a customer by email, but TC Pay’s store flow delivers to the merchant.
It depends on payment method and verification status. Card purchases for verified customers are typically completed within minutes; first-time verification or bank transfers can take longer. The provider shows an estimate before the customer confirms and emails status updates.
The provider manages payment authorization, fraud screening, and — as merchant of record for on-ramp — chargeback disputes. TC Pay only marks an order paid after the provider confirms crypto delivery, so you don’t fulfill on unconfirmed payments.
We launch with Ecwid stores and a webhook-based flow that can be adapted to other platforms. If you run a different storefront, contact us and we’ll confirm fit during onboarding.
For testing in sandbox, no. To go live, our providers require standard business verification (KYB) — a registered business, business details, and a destination wallet. We’ll give you a checklist when you apply.
Planned merchant onboarding is US-focused. Customer availability follows MoonPay and Transak supported regions, which cover most of the US, UK, EU, and many other countries, with state and country restrictions. The widget will inform a customer if their region isn’t supported.
TC Pay is an ecommerce software project based in Texas, USA, currently in development. We are building checkout and reconciliation tools to let online stores accept mainstream payments and settle in crypto without becoming payment processors themselves. Our first planned integration connects Ecwid stores to MoonPay and Transak on-ramps, with automatic order confirmation in testing.
Software that connects stores, on-ramp providers, and wallets — and keeps order status accurate across all three.
Not a bank, exchange, custodian, or money transmitter. We don’t hold customer funds or merchant crypto, and we don’t offer financial advice.
